There are so
many things I could write about, but I will just write about a
few things that come to mind and are close to my heart.
The way she was always there
for me. Her awesome breakfasts. The visits to her
apartment, the times we shared going out to eat. The times
when I've cried and she was always there to support me and
have a shoulder to cry on. As a boy the way she'd run
her fingers though my hair till I fell asleep. The time we
went on the Island Dawn together, even though she got sea sick
she had fun. Her entire life, shaped and was a example
for who I am today! |

I never knew
Hattie, but I have a feeling she'd be very proud of your work
and deeply touched by the love you've displayed in it for her. |

I know that
we didn't get to visit much but the times that I did they were
so encouraging to me. You gave me the okay and let me know
just how good of a job I was doing with the kids. Knowing that
Mrs. Perrone meant a lot to me. Thank you so much for making
Lyzette feel so loved and special. I want you to know that I
am so grateful that you accepted me into your life and never
found any fault in me. You never judged me Mrs. Perrone and I
will never forget that nor will I ever forget you. I know that
you are in heaven looking down and knowing that makes me feel
so blessed cos I know that you are watching over all of us.
Thank you and we love you and miss you so much. |

I did not
know Hattie but from what I have heard about her from her two
grandsons I know she was a very special lady. Mike, I know she
would be very proud of you and the website you made in memory
of her!! |
